22 Jun ALD team receives best paper

Wednesday June 15th, during the International Conference on Coatings on Glass and Plastics, the Hans Pulker Award for the best paper has been granted to the ALD team of Solliance and Holst Centre. The paper Developments in Plasma Enhanced Spatial ALD for High Throughput Applications has been presented by Yves Creyghton. The ICCG was hosted by Fraunhofer Institute for Surface Engineering and Thin Films and has been well attended by Solliance with three orals and two poster contributions.
